Quick attach set up for harris bipod

I am over the clumsy slingswivel attachment for my harris bipod, I have a couple of questions. I am looking for something like this to attach a picatinny rail to my sling swivel. Can someone suggest a good, cheap lightweight one preferably with a slingswivel stud included. I then wondered about getting something like this again can any one advise?

Finally I did wonder if I should ditch the harris and move to something else like an atlas, except I have the harris, and I already bought the gunworks spikes and podlock for it. Are there other bipods that are truly head and shoulders above the harris?

Get the lightweight non swivel harris, rock solid

    Any swivel bipod is frustrating.

This is what I used to attach an Atlas clone to my CZ. Unfortunately it has 2 issues - Amazon will not ship it to NZ (I think I snuck it thru YouShop earlier on) and it doesn't have a QD Stud usable once attached. Will give you an idea I guess at any rate. My Harris was a much more friendly chappy once I got a pod loc and replaced the stupid attachment/tensioning screw with a knurled head screw. I started out with a fixed Harris and hated it (actually not a big fan of bi-pods despite having a Harris and an Atlas clone) and changed it for a swivel. The smart ass at Reloaders said "I told you so".Name: Lion Gears.jpg

The solution would be to get one of these picatinny adaptors and to fit a second QD stud as is available on some brands of rifle now.

1+ look for the model with notched legs, works great on uneven ground
