In threads like this people will often throw out the old, "I won't shoot beyond 400-500 meters so the Leupold is fine for me." Well, I probably wouldn't either, but I like to know how far things are away rather than a blank ---. Then you know how much closer you need/want to get, rather than having to keep checking to finally get a reading. Not to mention if they can range 3 or 4x your shooting distance then they're going to work every bloody time at the distance you need them for.

Cheers man had it out this weekend was awesome aye great piece of kit can recommend, but hey if yours only goes out to 1800-1900 feet may wanna get a refund i had mine out to 1550 yards and that was as far as I could see , but on a more serious note cheers guys, sound advice as always
