Anything with a cocking handle forward on the reciever and HOD recess at the rear of its travel is faster than an AR.

Steyr is what I am most used to. I can generally tell what type of stoppage I have by feel and sound.
Double feeds can be the most time consuming IME.
Like gimp says if you have a well tuned rifle, stoppage drills should not be a huge concern, especially if you prepare for a big match properly.
I fired thousands of rounds thru an AUG and only recall stoppages using blanks.
Never had one in any comp apart from not loading my mags correctly and running short on a serial😆
Do what ya want! Ya will anyway.
