No not a trigger event if it is completed under 30 days
And you drop it off to the gunsmith and pick it up
He would have to source the barrel ect or you pick up in person
From the manufacturer or person selling it

It is a trigger event if he holds it for more then 30 days
Or you get a mail order form ect
