Depends on what you want. As an example for an A category firearm:
NZ Import Permit ~ 1-2 weeks (could even get it in 1 day dependant on AO)
US Export Permit ) ~ 2- 4 weeks
Shipping < 1 week

So a little less than what they stated.

Fixed it for you

Freight for a single rifle will be $3-400 USD, same for the export permit.

Its more economical to combine orders which is where some of the increase in time comes from.
