Vari-x III were manufactured from the 90's through to early 2000's, and did not have consistent branding. I had 2 at one point in the past, and both had different labeling on the boxes. I cannot recall the differences, but they were definitely not the same. Both came from reputable gun stores well before knockoff Chinese scopes were a thing.Quote:

I cant recall that sort of detail but I wouldn't be surprised if they used X back then some times. Leupold have changed all sorts of things over the years.
