I presume you are asking about reaming to another chambering in which case it is a matter of what to and then who has a reamer for the what to.
A few good North Island smiths come to mind.
What is it at present and what do you want it to be?

Some smiths don't like the Tikka metal and what it does to their reamers. I think there was a thread here with comments about that last year sometime.
