Righto,

On your letter, there is an e-mail address right at the top - service.delivery@customs.govt.nz. You send an electronic copy of all the things they ask for in the letter.

I got an auto reply back, then nothing more, until I got an e-mail from NZ Post to say that it was an item they would not carry. Apparently, they don't carry anything firearms related at all.

I then got on to Fastways, who do, and it (a stock) is now on its way to me. You need to arrange pick-up by the courier from the International Mail Centre in Auckland. Kinda slow, and a giant pain, but at least it is nearly here...
