    It can be done but few gunsmiths will do it.
    Also you will require you to have them open your bolt face up too. it would be cheaper to setback a 7mm rem mag tikka or if thats not possible to rebarrel any magnum tikka

    Cut thread off a 7mm mag barrel then run a 7mmSaum chamber into the existing chamber until it cleans up and covers up the existing chamber. Then obviously retread the barrel for the action and headspace. The order of operation isn't probably 100% but the general idea is there.
