    Thanks Gents. Dremel and a sacrificial screw head is on the cards now.
    @Cordite - for the side screw, is that the one set further back from the front sight? I see mine is almost like a pin? I've not tried it to confirm in case its not. I'm more of a Mauser fan in the past and just learning and getting into the Enfields now.
