Thread: Rem 700/7 223 twist rates

Hi folks.

I've Googled up the twist rates for both of the mentioned as in the not so distant future I'd like to get a 223(my other 223s are tin cans by now) again as their so useful to have for a range of applications.

Anyway with that said for either a model 7 or a 700(non varmint, non tactical) what twist rate are they? As I can't seem to figure out for certain what rate they both are?
