    Remmy Model 7 on the sling

    Reflecting on a recent hunt that involved a lot of carrying a std Model 7 on the sling - do they always tend to "tip over" ?? Mine kept going from vertical down my back to nearly horizontal under my arm despite lots of sling length adjustments. Its only got a 3-9x40 scope on it so I don't think thats an issue. I have other light rifles and they don't "tip over" so maybe its something to do with the placement of the sling studs on the Model 7 . . . bloody annoying - any thoughts?
