Removing soft touch off Sako carbon stock

Hi Guys...I might have a couple of these to clean up and clearcoat for a friend of the family. Any tips on getting it off thoroughly and experience of respraying? Cheers...Chris

    Hello

Never ever had a Carbonlite stock give me any trouble

@2508imp knows a guy that did a stunning soft touch repair on one of his stocks

Cheers...we will see...a matt clearcoat looks good and when I get it right the stock has a gritty feel which offers decent grip. Just want to be able to make a good decision about messing around with someone's flash Sako.

I talked to him about one once and he told me what he used he was very helpful. I think he comes from a car painting background.
It's worth a try, I tried Acatone and a couple of other solvents but neither worked that well.

Murfs coating and rifle builds are exceptional. Links for info on Duratac Pro Coat and his facebook page.
