Replacing obsolete springs
I’m pretty sure they have been recommended on here before but thought I’d take the time to plug
Simply Springs in Hastings.
I bought a nice Anschutz 223 only to find the firing pin spring was weak. They are unobtainable despite the rifle only being around ten years old. I gave Merv a call and he couldn’t have been more helpful, had two replacements manufactured the following day and arrived the day after, very reasonable cost. Rifle goes bang now. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.
Talking of springs, anyone have a spare Brno mod2 ejector spring :-)
