    Caliber, model etc.
The cheek piece and extractor give me the impression its more than just a run of the mill model.
It's a pre64 270, has obviously had a tickle up as it has a custom stock, jeweled bolt, stipled bolt knob and bolt release and trigger guard floorplate release all of which were not run of the mill. It's very tidy and serviceable and shoots very well I just wouldn't mind getting it "showroom tidy" and sticking it away for special occasions. I'm reluctant to be too rough with it as it is so it's not first out of the safe although I have taken it on a few day hunts and knocked over a few tahr with it
