the EU use a different code for psych diagnosis and im aware of a growing groundswell for MH professionals to switch to it .however given MH is in such array at present well who knows. Cordite -your last -fine in theory at least but given here we're dealing with top two inches ,things often dont turn out as intended-thats a generalised comment based on my experience not specifically directed toward RL.

I did a thesis on the link between PD and high conflict personalities, and intervention strategies. That's how I became aware of this stuff. I'm not a MH professional. You would be far more up to date than I am but I was aware at the time of the criticisms of the DSM.
