Thread: Rifle bedding..

Hi there,

I have just bought a new Kroseg Precision carbon fibre rifle stock for a Sako 87 Finnlite, in 6.5X55 Swede. It should arrive this week, I was naturally thinking of the next step in the process. Bedding. I'm keen on a full action bedding job preferably within the south Island. Any recommendations?

I would give Murfs Precision Rifles in Renwick a go if I was getting a rifle bedded

You may not need to bed it. I fitted my new Kroseg stock to my sako 90 on Saturday, it was a nice tight fit around the action. Went to the range after to try out and it shot real good, better groups than with the old factory stock. My stock definitely doesn't need bedding.
