    If you really want a gun stuffed up then send it to a metal polishing company!

    Appreciate that, that’s why I thought if there was one that already did work on guns..
    I was given a contact for the bluing but they don’t do the prep

    You need to find a better bluing contact. If someone is willing to blue your rifle but not do the prep then I'd walk away.
    The quality of the outcome is contingent on the preparation so how can they guarantee the outcome if they don't control the most important step?
