No, I'm just being rational and have no connection to either party so no emotion at all, one way or the other.
There may have been faults both sides, but it's the owners prerogative to abuse his property, not entirely sensible though it may have been. The service provider however, expecting to be paid, needs to be much more careful.
At least we agree that the service provider in this instance did not communicate as he should have. And that is the crux of the matter right there.
