my first thought was a pistol with a stock and a long barrel. I almost expected to see the instructions, " Cut stock here" and Cut barrel here" dotted lines. No wonder Constable Plod vetoed them

Funny thing is they let in some browning buckmark rifles,same thing could be said about then.

Was a shit rifle anyway-had to use glasses as it dumped unburnt powder etc way to close to your eyes-the action is a lot closer to your head on a rifle than on the pistol version.

yep but that's also the reason for stopping the buck mark to easy to convert to a automatic 22 hand gun

to convert the rossi all you need would be a hack saw, a file, a drill, a round head brass screw

1 cut the stock along the dotted line as it were and clean it up with a file
2 cut the barrel to desired length and square up with a file
3 re crown the barrel by putting the screw in the drill and put jb paste on the head apply gentle pressure to crown wile drill is rotating to get a simple crown

I agree far to easy and that's why they don't let them in
would be a neat wee rifle but its a shame if no one done things like that the cops would have no reason to ban them just another example of someone fucking it up for everyone

I can fully understand why they would not allow this Revolver into the country with the intention to sell them to individuals without an endorsed licence.

I would question why you could not import/sell these to individuals who have "B" or even "C" endorsements to their licence as it is fundamentally no different to any of the Revolvers endorsed licence holders can currently purchase.

It appears that the importer may not have considered this option for their market.

yep but you can do it with almost any acat firearm a little more hassle as you have to shape the grip.... but anything's possible lets just hope us responsible firearms owners obey the rules and don't do illegal shit
