    Rossi M92 Suppressor

    Hi All
Was wondering if anyone has chucked a suppressor on a Rossi M92? Interested in finding out how effective it is, if at all, especially in the bigger calibers like .454 Casull?

There was one done at least. Saw it for sale on trademe yonks ago. Off set and possibly went back over the mag/barrel a little(?) but don't hold me to that one
I seem to remember reading-either on this forum or in NZ guns mag maybe, about and it was quite an involved due to the offset design-no reason why it wouldn't work

Do you reckon it would bring the noise down much with that size hole?
Potentially looking at a DPT over barrel suppressor. Cut the tube mag back enough.

guys put them on the single shot centerfires so cant see why not.
all comes down to overall dimensions when you are finished and is it short enough for the application. Maybe look at a shortened model to start with
I also reckon I've seen pics of normal silencers fitted.

My experience with the larger bores is that you have to increase the volume of the suppressor to achieve similar DB results as the smaller bores.

They are still quieter than without, especially if you are working subsonic. A DPT or other system the ability to add more baffles until your happy would be the go.
