Rusan, Talley, or Tier One scope rings for 11mm dovetail?

I'm looking to upgrade the scope rings for the Anschutz. It has a nice 11mm dovetail groove along the receiver, and my Sportsmatch rings are a tad 'agricultural'.
They are just a wee tad fat in the claws...but they are made as an 11mm - 3/8" multi-fit.
I'm really wanting a proper 11mm dovetail ring.
I've found Rusan, Tier One (spendy), and Talley rings have real 11mm fittings. Probably more that I don't know about....Millet maybe? Kelbly too, but hard to get and probably not worth the effort.
There's also D3 Precision on the evilbay but he uses a softer aluminium (6061) so if I'm going to do this I might as well get something better.
I'm thinking either the Talley or the Rusan at the moment...but any good/bad stories about them?
I do not want any recommendations for the usual multi-fit 11mm - 3/8" jobbies.
    Thanks.
    Artillery...landscape adjustment since 1300AD.
