sold one of these a couple of years ago for $150 had two magazines with it....... dont think it was as tidy as yours but theres value in the magazines alone good reliable little .22s but new .22s are cheap (not necessarily better) unless you look at the high end marques.

Out of interest, these Toz 17/18 rifles were supplied by the Soviet government to their trappers in Siberia.
Cool little rifles, I have one. Pretty sure it was purchased for a box of beers.
I stripped it and then oiled it.. not after chopping the stock down to fit my short arms!

Nice thats pretty accurate. Have not shot this one yet. Thats quite interesting mate. I read online that they were also used as a training rifle for the Soviet marksman. Don't know how true that is.Quote:

I think the target 8m model was mounted with the military sniper scope and used for training, Ive seen photos of that.

Got hold of some of those remington subs -they went off like a babies fart and had about as much impact!the single possum I nailed with them died from laughing I think as this lead thing bounced up to him like a gay bullfrog before smacking him in the swede.(headjob anyone).
GSPF presently has the old girl on loan.stock was as rough as guts warped worse than Dolly Partons bust ,so i had a spare stirling semi auto stock in the cave -few beers bit of DIYRAG(do it yourself rough as guts) woodwork and shes back on the road.
got two mags ,plus a third i rebuilt cause theyre as rare as rockin horse shit in NZ.
last time i was muckin about with the .223 ,GSPF lines up over the bonnet of the gooserolla and proceeds to really make my shootin look stink.

yup ahumble pie in large doses was eaten by you know who!
