Sabatti Rover Synthetic .223 Suppressor issues

Hi, just wondering if anyone has the rifle listed in the title and if they've had any significant issues with accuracy?

Went from sub moa at 100yds to destroying the chronograph 15feet in front of me when a suppressor was attached.
I have tried 2 with no success; no appearances of baffle strikes either.

mate had one like that, ended up the crown was done off square and had to be redone, all good after that.
Did they do the crown when the suppressor was put on?
If so, take the suppressor off and try a group, if all good, put suppressor back on and check that the bush fits ok as well.
and let loose with another round,
    Trout and RoyM like this.

Is the bore centred to the outside of the barrel? That is when it was threaded did they true up the barrel first ?
Didn't know this was a thing until I took one to DPT and they pointed out how off centre it was .

Was the rifle threaded when you got it or did it get threaded and then you started using the suppressor? If so, the action will have been removed from the stock. Have the action screws been tightened correctly? Were the optics removed for the threading and have they been reinstalled correctly? If the threading job is recent, what does the crown of the barrel look like?

It was already threaded when I purchased the rifle... Shoots fine without but when a suppressor is put on, fliers everywhere. Take it off, back to sub MOA.

I don’t think that’s a suppressor issue, I think that’s an issue with the threading job.

I was thinking of contacting DPT and seeing if they would have a look, identify, and sort out the issue.

Seems to be the dominant opinion and makes a lot of sense. When I contacted Delta-Mike, where I purchased it, they started talking about "harmonics" and "thin barrels" etc. I noticed they don't stock sabatti now too.

Maybe contact delta mike and see if they would agree to get it accessed at Dpt, if that is where you got it from.
