About LinkBacksI've shot from them, been ferried by them, been biffed out of them and jumped out of them and landed on my head. But never recall knocking my 'scope out.
But, I still think that your peep sight concept is very cool. It still doesn't stop you from having a little scope on it though, that you can take off when the nasty R93 type man damages it.

Iron sights are just as practically accurate as a scope anyway
