    Those Sako carbines are notoriously fickle with the screw tension on the retainer band.Against intuition they don't like the screw torqued up too tight to hold the groups within reason.Cheap option to experiment with at the range - Back off the screw 1/4 to 1/2 turn and assess results

    I think he has a half stock, not the full stock stutzen with a retaining band
