Having spent late winter getting the rifle sorted and shooting it was time to put theory to practice. Ive owned a lot of rifles over the years including some high end gear. Hands down this is the BEST hunting rifle Ive owned. Its extremely light. Its pin point accurate . WIth the factory radial brake its loud but just a baby to shoot. All deer were able to be spotted through the scope ranging from 285 to 520 yds , Confirming clean kills .
I still have enough 162 gn amax bullets to see me out .These IMO are the nuts. Dead on arrival .
Im using a neopod bipod which weighs like fuck all and just my pack to steady the rifle. With a good rest at the lookout it makes easy work of it.
This one didnt get far 520 yds
Excellent. I can remember your first report using your first Sako. A M75 wood 308 maybe?
