    Interesting Ryan is that true true, as I thought the same but some one said the mag well on the SM was wider for the fatter case, now I was thinking I don't think so, as only the mag internals would be larger, as in 30/06 stocks on a lot of rifles fit 300Win Mag ?

    I also bought all the parts to put together a Sako 75 308Win bolt & could only get a SM firing pin & I hope it is the same or similar ?
