Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.

Strange. I had a dream last night about getting one of these and cutting the barrel to 16” and swiss cheesing every bit of it to make a light rifle.

More practically, I wonder if it is just one size action from 308 to 300WinMag or will it come in exact proportions like the 85 ?

Yes they have. Every unit I have shot has spit the ammo so far horizontally to the right it’s not even funny.

Is that what the coming or being announcement was from sako? The 90? I never has issues with my multiple 85s they were all great iv no interest in another unless its a .223 how ever .223 carbonlight

shot the 90 at a beretta dealer event a few months ago, shot great, kinda just marketing and for the the price of the rifle i could put a carbon stock on a tikka and have 3,4k to spend on scope

It’s very hit and miss. It very much depends on calibre, rings scope etc.

90 will come in .223 later on. S, M and L action sizes first

If you ask me they have missed the mark for kiwi hunters. Still heavy and spendy.
Will interested to see if the carbon light has changed

Are you referring to 100 or 90??

90 is the same weight range as 85 and in nz we have been able to maintain the same price.

Carbonlight (now called Peak) starts at 2.6kg and the changes are as follows:

    New bolt with improved extraction/ejection
    New trigger unit
    Built in pic rail
New stock (no more dura touch) it feels like a very light sand paper impregnated into it
