Like most firearms made today. And most products for that matter - very little craftsmanship/planned obsolescence.
The Tikka M55 is a great example of a simple, no frills, mass-produced sporting firearm which was made 'right'. Beautiful trigger, well made stock, excellent barrel.
You could spend 5 grand today and get a worse rifle. I've very much stopped correlating 'quality' with 'price' when it comes to modern factory firearms. It's just hit and miss most of the time unless you go custom...or spend ridiculous amounts of money.
