Thread: Sauer 100 ceratech

Gday. Has anyone else had a hoon on one of these? Ive just got one in 308. Doesnt fit my loads in the mag unfortunately. May have to file out the mag a bit. Bit of a pain.
Anyone else experienced this on the Sauer?

@Niceandfar, I have one in 7mm08, no issues with mine. Dropped a couple of Deer with it. Havent played to much with loads, or longer rounds. But fine with Factory loads.

Yeah I love it and it shoots great with my lighter loads which fit. Great gun. Ive got a magnum magazine ordered so that should fit them in. Cheers

Yeah i like mine, i just load for the mag 2.850 is long enough for what i do.the paint on the bottom metal all fell off but other then that shes a beaut.

I have a spare mag for one of these short/08 case length, $150.

@muka88 how long have you had it for the coating to come off?

It started coming of straight away, it looks like spray paint on polished metal so it was never going to be a great bond.
i have seen a couple of others the same, doesn't realy bother me, its a work horse not a show pony.

XBolts do the same thing. Its the right of passage. It stays on if you don't use them.
