    Nah Phili my instructions for fixing a savage trigger are the accutruger ones with the blade. And they're easy to fix ( also goes for the Ruger ones too) and the sear etc is good hard steel not chemically hardened crap you can get.

    Is this a older rifle? Or are they doing these now?

    Yeah it's an older "pre accu" model, bwety rifle but the spring tension on the trigger is off the scale, shit its heavy & it's a fancy coil spring to boot so might be a lost cause
    Shoot it, root it & then BBQ it !!!

    Hahaha think I just fixed it, jammed a gizmo into the trigger spring & gave it a "gentle twig" lol, feels heaps better now.

    Will know once I put it back together
    Shoot it, root it & then BBQ it !!!

    Could I get those instructions? I have a rimfire, blade Savage.
