Perhaps you would have made another choice of brand if you had researched S&B's warranty policy before purchase?
If a client of mine wanted a free repair on a house that was build a decade ago after several owners,they would either receive a two word answer or a bill for the work.
Ouch....hard but true (but I'm still renaming them Shit and Blender due to their warranty and customer service)
