About LinkBacksIve had 5 different scopes on mine over the years, really depends on what you're doing with it.Bottom end the mueller 4.5-14x40 is good value up to a 4200 4-16x40 which I prefer,not that you need 16x but with reasonable glass its fun watching hits on high mag.Loupys VX2 4x12x40 AO with the LR reticle works very well wtih the HMR and would come a close second out of the ones Iv tried.
