Thread: scope choice.

So I'm looking for a more user friendly scope for my 6XC.

This rifle is for longish range target shooting out to hopefully 800-1000meters as I grow into it. As well as a walk about hunting rifle.

I currently have a VX6 3-18X44 duplex mounted, while this scope is bloody good, the basic recticle let's it down.

I am looking for a decent scope, up to $3k that dials consistently, has good glass and has a user friendly recticle that has hold over for windage and isn't too busy.
