Yeah, the VX1's take a real beating and just keep on coming back for more. I've had one on my goat rifle for 10 years now and it looks a little worse for wear, but still holds it zero just fine.
So for your ranges (10-200m) I'd go for a 2-7x32 Leupold VX1. This will give you 2 power for general hunting and if needed wind it up for a long shot.
My only complaint is that the numbers on the dial don't mean anything, i.e when sighting in, just turn the adjustments and hope it moves ''somewhere'' on the target - as it certainly wont move 0.25MOA or anything close to it...it's just random and totally does my head in...but once you've got it zeroed its just a case of ''set and forget'' and it will stay there.
