When I looked into getting an American Swarovski Ifound the warranty was only valid in USA .

Ive woundmy 3-12*50 up and down and found in low light you can seethe most at 7-X . Higher mag does concentrate the light but no use if the exit pupil Is Smaller than your own eye's' pupil.

The super slam is good-has diallable turrets. The main drawbacks are not Very bright and a restrictted FOV at all power. You need to look through one before buyinh but for 80% tops they would be vrry good.

You dont need to dial wind just elevation. Sho leup cds and swaro ballistic turret are ok.

My advice is to compromise on the numbers go for modest spec but good model . EgLeupold V×3 3.5to 10 x40 or 4.5-I4X but with CDS they will be more than $800.

Heard good things about the Weavers also being a very good scope for light gathering for price...most are imperial though..
