If it wasn't for your 30mm tube spec, I'd suggest a Z5 Swaro 3.5-18.
The only issue with these is that the 1" tube slightly limits elevation range- with a 200 zero, the 13.75 available mins will get you out to ~750yds with the Rem Mag.

Believe me, the 1" tube does not limit brightness!

I have a Z 5 on my 7mm Rem mag, it's a nice scope and works well. I know a guy who has a Z 6 30mm tube and optically you really can't tell the difference but the Z 6 is about $1000 more than the Z 5 which I paid $1990 new. As others have said you get more elevation out of the Z 6 but I find the Z 5 a good all rounder for the open tops and in the bush.
