Thread: Scope tracking

so,can you not do a test just using a collimeter/boresighter????
eg pop it in...and start twiddlin and see if it goes back to where it started out????
thats about the limit to what I have done...my older vx11 wouldnt move Xhairs upas it had been zeroed for so long without moving,I boresighted it on wall and just kept working dial slowly till it woke up and started shifting as per normal...its stayed on zero for 20ish years now...cant be much wrong with it LOL.
