Thread: ScopeUout and other good buggers

Long story short:

I recently purchased a scope on the forum. When I received it I noticed that there was debris/dust around the reticle. Mentioned this to the seller, @Trout, and unbeknownst to me
he contacted ScopeUout with a warranty query. Jodi from ScopeUout sent through a Goods Return Authority for the scope. Within 10 days I’d received a new replacement scope
from the agents, Outdoor Sports New Zealand Ltd.

I’m impressed!
So a shout out to @Trout, Jodi at ScopeUout and to Outdoor sports.

I’m happy to recommend all of them to the forum, especially to Jodi at ScopeUout if you’re looking for a new scope and to @Trout if you’re looking for an older one

Jodi is great to deal with.

I ordered a rail from ScopeUOut, which turned out they didn't have in stock.

Jodi apologised and offered to call around to see if they could source one from someone else.

They made a loyal customer out of me that day.

Hmm the older scope must have had deer hair in it as it shot 40 odd deer in the last 2 summers.Enjoy the new scope NZ noddy.Good to see retailers backing up their products.

Actually I think it was stuff dislodged from the internals when you were beating several of those deer to death with the scope! Not only Nightforce that can be given a hard time
