When it comes to sending a firearm where can I go/what companies to do so? and do I need to declare its a gun?

You could get it sent between branches of H&F don't know what they charge for that service.

Apparently they don't like people doing that. I can't remember if I read that here or on one of the fb gun pages

There could be a business opportunity in this Barefoot.

Fastways or nz couriers, if you take it into a gunshop to send they will just use the same couriers.

I looked into this last week. The consensus of a few NZ threads was Fastways.

Fastways would do it, need to send bolt in a second package for a small extra fee. Only limitation was insurance only covered to $1500.

Hahaha fuck that, Fastways left my NEA 15 on the front step of my house in plain view of the street, even though it was "STRICTLY SIGNITURE REQUIRED" Admittedly they were not to know what was in the box but for fucks sake!

Another time recently the Fastways driver signed his Ipad whatever on my behalf and then gave my parcel to a random person in a white SUV on the street outside my house? Fucking what?!!

Might as well just give your guns to some kids.
