My Hact came out of the box at 4lb. Living in Australia I sent my trigger to Glen Couglan " the ebay trigger guy" you specified what pull weight you desire and thats how it comes back. He can tune them down under 1lb for the target/varmint guys. Mine came back at 1.5 and I can increase it if I want to.

My 30.06 shoots stupid small groups with the winchester 150gr power point ammo so I don't bother hand loading for it now.
