Just bought a case holder off him the other day and it triggered an idea he may be able to supply a screw for my Benelli clamp. Cheers.

Got him on the phone today. Really helpful and will get stuff from him.
Julian consistently gives fast and good service - will buy much more off him in future
I'd come off nightshift and forgot it was saturday and was having trouble processing an online order so tried to call him, only to get the answer phone. At this point I clicked to what day it was and Left it. About 4.30 that afternoon he called, apologising for missing my call as he was chasing stags all morning (well it was the roar after all) then done my order over the phone.
What other retailer would do that? Not many I bet!!!
When i need/want anything i always try workshop in. 1st .
great service
Stuff the prices or great service - the surprise of jelly beans or knives gets me every time ;)
Bloody great service though. Cant think of better for online ordering. Very well rounded ( price, service, extras, etc)
Got my wheeler stuff from him, lube and jelly beans too. Hmmmm that sounds dodgy

Jelly beans [emoji2][emoji2][emoji2]
I always seem to get black jellybeans from him.
Which is fine
I always pass the jellybeans straight to my wife.....
Maybe Julian knows that happens and there is method to his gift.....
Black ones will make you go faster... Apparently.
Julian and Workshop Innovation are excellent on all counts by my experiences.
Julian is a businessman with a brain, is extremely knowledgeable and knows his product. Doesn't pretend to know it all like some FW at GC either. The service is exemplary, the prices very competitive, the product range are quality items that work. Has the best, by far, precision reloading equipment for sale in NZ.
Julian is a top bloke and I buy all my reloading components through him when he's got what I'm after in stock. I won't buy from Auckland GC, much less even put my foot in the front door if their premises. Absolute worst customer service ever. Jokes on them though. They fucked me around over $20.00 worth of reloading gear and kept me waiting half an hour. I had a budget of $3500 for an over/under shotgun and there was one in their shop I was almost going to buy but decided my money was better spent in another shop.
