    FINALLY got one
    Norinco 1897 Riot gun

    Inside mechanics look like it has been made by a drunken circus monkey with a chisel - cock in sock clearances

    Have done stage 1 mod by lightening the hammer spring, and it made a huge difference - next will be total strip down and attacked with emery paper
    Stage 3 will be new timber and a trench heat shield (if I can find one)
