I don't think any single shot riles are chambered in 44/40 at present the Winchester 1885 was but finding one
at an affordable price is highly unlikely
Bergara B13 and Rossi Pomba are chambered in .44 Mag is the closest you would get in new rifles
Husqvarna made a single shot bolt action in 25/20 32/20 44/40 and 45/70 .
I have one in 22 LR and it's a beautiful little rifle.
There a 44/40 mold on trademe gjy said he ued it in a sharps so mabe pedersolie made them
There are a few Pedersoli Sharps rifles in 44-40, fun little mini Sharps rifles. Great to shoot, but hard to find.
