Doesn't look that cost effective but a good idea.

Far to technical for this country boy. I just don't understand the urge to tinker with rifles.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Your current firearms exist because someone tinkered with the previous version.

I think its cool from an "engineering " perspective of what is possible.

The BAT action they use apparently can swap bolts so I suspect if I read the blurb correctly you could have a 308 and a 300Norma Mag on same action and barrel just by swapping Chamber and Bolt (or did I read wrong)

All good by me stretch. I never was one to tinker with anything. While all my buddies modified cars I drove stock standard. I am the same way with rifles.

Well you could if they had chamberings in other than the 308 and 223 that they do now from what I read.

I tinker with everything Rushy. I just have to know how it works so that when it breaks I know what it should be doing. Also find things I don't like and change them.

I'm not too sure, I looked at this last night when you posted it Mikee.

    I'm thinking
Hey this looks cool, I can go from a 6.5 sitting on the side of a hill shooting wallaby at distance to a 30 06 I want to take for a walk when I spot some pig sign.

Then I got to thinking, maybe instead of mucking about changing barrels, chambers etc I could just take the 30 06 out of the gunbag from the back seat of the truck.

Interesting concept and might suit the techno's but proabably not a dumb bugger like me.
    Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
