Thread: Spartan bipod

I’ve been using a standard Javelin for years and love it on my hunting setup.
What are peoples experiences with the new models? Are the notched legs that much of an advantage? Does that locking tab get annoying and why have a plug in the adapter. I’d imagine that’d get lost really quick.
Just tossing up whether I upgrade.

If you've got screw adjustable legs I wouldn't bother, the notched legs are heavier but no more or less user friendly imo. The plug is nice but a bit of a gimmick, they are strongly magnetic I usually just stick mine to the trigger guard when the bipod is in use. Hasn't fallen off yet
