As in to get it off they broke it because it was so tight. Ended up milling it off

Holy hell. Did you try putting some heat onto it?
Makes me wonder if it was installed with loctite.

I have a spikes, why did you want to remove the barrel? Mine started to show contact markings on the buffer face, it was just hitting the retaining pin when going into battery. Sent it back to digit and he sorted it in one week. He fitted a new BCG and buffer and spring, all good now.

That's a Samson evo 10 inch with a sonic suppressor. I'll put photos up when I get it back with scope etc

The Samson evo rail fitted straight onto my NEA15(2012MODEL) with existing barrel nut, the newer NEA,s run a different barrel nut and you will need to purchase a standard barrel nut to fit new rail.
