Thread: Stag 9T 9mm

Well my Stag 9T finally cleared Wellington and arrived.
Took way longer than I expected but I guess that's what happens when its the first lot imported by anyone into the country.
First impressions are good. Feels good in the hands.
Lower and upper fit and finish is good.
Trigger is standard mil spec so is ok. I will shoot it then decide if an upgrade is needed.
The bolt is a blow back design so is a really simple and clean cut design. This will making cleaning way easier than a standard AR15.
I have mounted a Vortex Spark 2 which is one of my favourite red dot sights. I am running three of these currently on various firearms.
All going well I will take it to the range tomorrow after work, sight it and the give it a quick run.
I just loaded 150 rounds so I can try out a few loads. At about $190 per 1000 its going to be cheap to shoot.
