Thread: Stealth scopes

So on a whim I brought a norinco jw15 it came with a stealth scope, took it out to the range sighted it in(was impressed how accurate it was),
Now it shots randomly,,(8inch group at 50m)checked the mounts they are tight,I'm using cci subs could it be the ammo,has anyone had issues with these scopes or is it just the operator

Try it with a known quality scope that will sort out scope from operator I would bet that it is the scope they don't put good scopes on jw15 packages

Thats what I was thinking also it was ridiculously cheap

Have you changed ammo?
rimfire's can be very intolerant of ammo changes. Even different batches.
But saying that 8" at 50 mtr is extreme.

No same ammo,same batch,,changing scopes,will see if that changes things

Picking its the scope, neighbors boy bought an a bolt package with one on. It looks "tactical" but bought it to me when he had difficulty zeroing it.
I found it was not tracking correctly so took it off, when out of the mounts it rattled inside.
Get a nikko sterling if you want a cheap scope that actually works.

Funny,I happy to be putting that same scope on,I found a one in my(I'll need that one day box)
